Ramaphal is a tall , erect, succulent perennial herb 1to 2 meters high. Grown at a temperature of more than 10 degree centigrade as indoor ornamental plant and also outdoor in gardens.Grows in tropical, subtropical and warm climatic zones. It is a medicinal plant. In traditional medicine, the juice of the leaves is used for treating kidney stones, insect bites, jaundice, hooping cough,asthma diabetes etc.,
