    Grown is much versatile which grows in variety of soil and climate (moist climate preferred )

    Flowering plant – pleasant fragrance( used as a garden tree due to its fragrance ),

    flowers bloom in night and sheds during morning

    Wood is used as timber 

    Leaves are used as cheap substitute tobacco in making cigarettes
