Jungle Jalebi

Jungle Jalebi (Pithecellobium dulce) is a hardy, fast-growing, evergreen tree (5–20m tall) featuring spiny branches and bipinnate leaves. It produces fragrant whitish-green flowers that mature into spirally coiled, pinkish-red, edible seed pods containing a sweet-tangy, pale white pulp and shiny black seeds.
