Terminalia catappa Almond
Flowering almond, also referred to as dwarf flowering almond, is a multi-stemmed deciduous shrub or small tree with a rounded crown that bears light pink (or occasionally white) double flowers in early spring. This tree is perennial in mild climates, thrives in full sunlight, and tolerates most soils, as long as the soil drains properly.
The stems, leaves, and seeds of flowering almond are toxic to people and pets.
